Many have wondered what is that wonderful wedding flavor and here it is Creme Bouquet has been used in many wedding cakes as the secret ingredient.

This is an emulsion-based flavoring which means it can withstand heating when added to your cakes and other items that are heated. Unlike extracts that cannot withstand heating emulsions are the best flavoring when you are adding heat to the mix.

Use In:

Cake Batter

Cookies

Buttercream Frosting

Muffins

And a wide variety of other baking and confectionery applications

Use the flavoring in the same portion that your recipe calls for example if calling for vanilla substitute the cream bouquet for vanilla.

What does Creme Bouquet taste like? It is a beautiful blend of Vanilla, Almond, and Citrus flavor.

Ingredients: Oil of Lemon and or essential oil, other natural extractives, Esters, Kentones and Aldehyde, Such as Amyl Acetate and Methyl Vanillin, Propylene Glycol, Polysorbate, Gum Tragacanth, Water, Preserved with Benzoate of soda.

Keep in dry dark places to keep flavoring fresh.
